The staff were all very welcoming and helpful! Reception staff helped us to arrange bus tickets, store our luggage and navigate Arusha. The rooms were clean and the water pressure was good. Very good value.

The entire Rich hotel team were friendly amazing and breakfast was super delicious.. lunch meal prepared well .. I am more than happy. And willing to recommend Rich Hotel to everyone wishing to come for vacation.

Nice central location with easy acces to everything. Buses within walking distance. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast at 10.000 tsh. Hot water.

Clean, next door to main bus station, great helpful staff, hot water, comfortable bed, soft lighting over the bed if thats what you need, misquito netting set up over bed but also ac if you need it......ticks all the right boxes. Not luxury but its not priced for that

The staff are very welcoming. The rooms are very small but certainly adequate and very clean. The restaurant was fun as they did not have a lot of what was on the menu but not a problem. The food was delicious. The waiter was very sweet. Included breakfast a surprise bonus !

Very good breakfast and served in time, the staff are friendly and provide the necessary information when contacted. The bathroom has hot water all the time as desired by us, it's located in the middle of the town with easy assessibility

I was lucky, there was no other guest on my floor. It was so quiet. The food at restaurant was good. Also nice local restaurat is avairable just opposit side of the street.
